Wei County implements preferential policies to create a new situation for mass entrepreneurship

Since the beginning of this year, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wei County has actively implemented entrepreneurship guidance, implemented preferential entrepreneurship policies, and created a vivid situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation throughout the county.

Focus on achieving three points. One is to enhance quality and enhance service and entrepreneurship capabilities. The staff carefully study the preferential policies for entrepreneurship, widely capture policy information, and grasp the orientation of entrepreneurship policies. And conduct market demand research to accurately grasp the laws of economic development and the operating conditions, development advantages, and existing problems of enterprises in the county, continuously improving the ability to serve entrepreneurship. The second is to build a platform to provide broad entrepreneurial space. We have established the Wei County Entrepreneurship Guidance Center, built a high standard Wei Bang Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, three entrepreneurship assistance streets, and one maker space, providing entrepreneurs with comprehensive services such as entrepreneurship guidance and assistance, and promoting successful entrepreneurship. The third is to promote successful entrepreneurship through innovative services. We have created a rich and diverse enterprise project library, actively promoting suitable entrepreneurial projects to entrepreneurs. Provide a one-stop free service of entrepreneurship training, expert guidance, simulation training, project recommendation, and policy consultation to entrepreneurs holding the Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate. Implement preferential policies for small guarantee loans, provide entrepreneurial guarantee loans to entrepreneurs, and lift the bottleneck of insufficient funds in the early stages of entrepreneurship. At the same time, a team of 13 entrepreneurial guidance experts, including business administration, finance and taxation, labor and employment, laws and regulations, and successful entrepreneurs, was established to provide tracking services to entrepreneurs and make every effort to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.

As of April, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wei County has helped 658 people enjoy entrepreneurial services, including 252 successful entrepreneurs and 508 job opportunities.
