HR&Admin Manager1. Responsible for planning the company's human resources work, establishing and implementing personnel procedures or rules and regulations such as recruitment, training, attendance, and labor discipline; 2. Responsible for formulating and improving the company's job positions, coordinating the effective development and utilization of human resources among various departments, and meeting the company's business management needs; 3. Based on the existing weaving and business development needs, coordinate and analyze the recruitment needs of various departments, prepare annual/monthly personnel recruitment plans, and implement them after approval; 4. Develop training plans and outlines for the company and various departments, and implement them after approval; 5. Develop performance evaluation policies, organize the implementation of performance management, and supervise and control the performance evaluation process of various departments, promptly solve any problems that arise, so that the performance evaluation system can be implemented effectively, and continuously improve the performance management system; 6. Cooperate with other departments to do a good job in employee ideological work, accept and promptly resolve employee complaints and labor disputes; 7. Assist in formulating the company's administrative management guidelines, policies, and systems, and supervise their implementation; 8. Responsible for standardizing company rules and regulations, and establishing a good corporate image; 9. Complete other related tasks assigned by the leader. Job requirements: 1. College degree or above, aged 28-45. 2. More than 3 years of experience as a human resources manager in large and medium-sized enterprises; 3. Having good communication, coordination, and overall planning abilities, and strong pressure resistance; 4. Familiar with modern enterprise management models, with relevant practical experience, able to achieve effective management of human resources; 5. Having a deep understanding of various functional modules in human resource management, able to guide the work of recruitment, compensation, performance evaluation, training, and other modules; 6. Familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations. |
